To submit a photo, send an e-mail to johnarvidson@frontier.com from an e-mail address that has been provided to the Rainbow Drive Association.    Send it in .jpg format if possible.  Include your name and a title for the photo if desired.  Otherwise the title from the file will be displayed.  The picture will be converted to .png format for display.
