This is an attempt to document information about Sand Lake, it's history, and current activity.   The current item of interest seems to be the new Special Assessment District and the additional tax that will come on the fall 2009 tax bill.  Also I became aware of the autobiography written by Floyd Templin which contains information about his creating Lake Templene.
